How do I get started?

We’re excited to kick off Social Pro for your business. Your dedicated account manager will reach out to book an onboarding session. During this session, they'll guide you through the full GetintheLoop platform, deep dive into your business, establish content pillars with you, and gather any business assets. From there, they'll get started with building your offer strategy and your social media posts.

How will you know what to post for my business?

During the onboarding session, your account manager will collaborate with you to develop content pillars that align with your goals, ideas, and brand. We’ll also review your website and social media channels to understand your brand voice and visual style, ensuring our posts match your current tone. Our experts research your industry and incorporate upcoming events or ongoing specials, creating a social strategy that drives engagement and showcases relevant content.

Will I see the posts before they go live?

Yes, your posts will be emailed to you as drafts before they go live. They’ll also be available in your Business Dashboard, where you can edit or delete posts as necessary.

Where do you get the content/visuals from?

It depends. Some partners have a lot of content that we can work with and some have nothing. For partners that have content, we mostly work with that. For partners that don’t have much content, we tend to work with premium stock photos or more graphic-design based posts that are relevant to your brand. However, the approach is something we decide together.

What if I have specific things I want you to promote?

We will include any specific promotions you have. All posts are planned a month in advance, so we can easily incorporate your needs if planned ahead. We check in with you before the next month starts to see if there’s anything specific to include. For anything urgent, quickly create posts in our easy-to-use Business Dashboard and have them automatically go live to your accounts.

Can I still post on my own profiles?

Yes, you can! We encourage you to add your own content as needed. It’s up to you how involved you want to be. If you’re too busy to manage social media, you can relax knowing we’ve got your posts covered.
