We are so excited to grow this mobile experience within Whistler that we decided to launch a giveaway. When Whistler residents sign up to be a GetintheLoop member (it’s free), they’ll be automatically entered to win up to $500 in prizes from local businesses. Contest and entry details are posted on our on Facebook page. Make sure you follow us to stay up to date on contest details, new business partners, and announcements!

Since it’s beginning in 2014, GetintheLoop has grown into the top-rated iOS and Android application of its kind in Canada, used by hundreds of top national and local brands.

“It’s an exciting time! With the expansion of GetintheLoop Local, our franchise division, we can’t wait for local businesses to be able to reach Whistler residents through our mobile platform,” said GetintheLoop founder and CEO, Matt Crowell.

Clover Valley Beer Fest 2018

July 25th, 2018 Posted by blog, Food + Drink, Things To Do, Vancouver No Comment yet

The team behind the Whistler Village Beer Festival and the Great Okanagan Beer Festival are finally bringing the brews and good times to the lower mainland! Grab your friends and head on down to the Bill Reid Millennium Amphitheatre on August 11 for the Clover Valley Beer Festival presented by The Property Twins! With 40 breweries, local food trucks, and a sweet lineup of live music, we’re guaranteeing FOMO if you don’t have tickets.

Breweries from across BC, out of province, and across the border are invited to sample two brews of their choice. Get excited to enjoy some of your go-to’s and to try some new favourite lagers, IPA’s, ales, porters, saisons and sours! Not a beer fan? Don’t worry! There will be plenty of cider houses sampling their delicious (and gluten-free!) creations.

Listen to the live bands while you snack on food from Sammy J’s Grill and Bar, who are serving up gourmet grilled cheese; Mike’s Perfect Perogy’s, one of our personal favourites (is anything better than perogies?!); Urban Woodfired Pizza, with thin crust and fresh ingredients, it’s hard to beat this pizza; and Meat2Eat, who have everything from authentic mediterranean cuisine to hot dogs!

In case you need another reason to come out on August 11th, proceeds from ticket sales will be going to Twins Cancer Fundraising, a charity created by a couple of rad guys (yes, they are identical twins) who have made it their mission to put an end to cancer.

General admission tickets are $45 and Express Pass tickets are $60. But we’ve arranged a sweet little offer for 15% off tickets! Get the details right here.

Oh… we almost forgot… did we mention that we’re giving away tickets? Keep checking our Instagram and Facebook pages for chance to win tickets to #CVBF2018 for you and your friends!
