Brodo Kitchen

Brodo Kitchen – Their menu features delicious items with locally sourced ingredients from across the Okanagan. They use fresh herbs, produce, local farmers, orchards and wine from nearby vineyards to create a variety of soups, sandwiches, salads and menu that changes seasonally to reflect what’s the freshest from harvest.

Chef Paul Cecconi is a highly regarded and well recognized and award winning chef who spent time  spent time in the kitchens of The Beach House at Dundarave Pier in West Vancouver, The Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver, the Regent at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney, Australia, and most recently was the Executive Chef  at Local Lounge Grille in Summerland, BC before venturing off onto Brodo. Bad Tattoo Brewery – The team built the brewery from the ground up to give their brewmasters and guests the best spot in town to make and drink craft beer. Just a few steps from the beach they are the place to be for oven-fired pizza, fresh salads and of course, a great selection of beer.  Their beer is handcrafted in Penticton using natural ingredients with no added preservatives. The design of their labels was selected by a local artist and they do everything they can to support the locals who support them.

Brewery tours are a casual and fun way to go behind-the-scenes and see just how crazy they are about great craft beer. This is a memorable experience and the perfect way to enjoy the amazing city of Penticton!
